While the new features are cool, have any items in GL\'s growing bug list been fixed for this upcoming release?

Not yet. We are getting the new features in. Then we will start nixing the bugs and release 1.3.5rc1. That will allow the devoted GL\'ers to poke holes in it.

So, yes, we will address bugs.

PLEEEEASE, fix those bugs!

stop making features!

make the code stable, clean, modular, but STOP to make features. If we want this imagefunction we\'re able to do it ourself (i though\'t this is a geeklog?), but we can\'t fix bug\'s, \'cause either those corrected things are lost in the next release (we upgrade) or we don\'t upgrade and well, this sucks too.

Don't worry, there are lots of bugfixes in 1.3.5 as well.

And, as you said: This is a Geeklog - and sometimes the Geeks who make it get a bit carried away, feature-wise ;-)

Quit yeour bitchin\'!!

The images in article has been on the to-do list for a long time and I\'m to a point where I really need it on my site. Being I help develop Geeklog, I tend to itch my own scratches and while that may seem selfish, I do also try my best to itch the scratches of others.

As I said, we are bug squashing. We will be releasing 1.3.5rc1 soon. And you, Mr. Anonymous Coward, better be the first one in line to download it and start testing. There are better ways to contribute than by bitching. For example, have you considering helping us out by fixing some bugs yourself?

If you havn\'t noticed, we went from 39 open bugs to 21 open bugs yesterday. The 21 left aren\'t show stoppers and a few of them are feature requests.
