Static Page Plugin Missing Files ?

I wanted to add the static page plugin to my install of 1.3.1 so I just downloaded it. I went through all of the documentation and I might have missed something but, is the table.sql file for the plugin missing?

By the way, Geeklog 1.3.1 is great !!!! Thanks for all of the work.

If you use the web admin install it will install itself. Otherwise, there *should* be a table.sql to get you started. Let me know if it isn\'t there.
