partially working

I added the {rating} tag in the storytext.thml and i am able to rate the story but i am not able to rate the comments
i added the tag to other files mentioned in the readme.txt - the best is when i click on # to get a link to that comment, the text {rating} appears there instead of the actual rating.

What am i missing?
