I am running 1.4.1b2 and I installed as instructed, however, at the top of the page, I am getting this dump at the begining of the first 10 feed items:

After the tenth feed item, it prints correctly.

Maybe this is due to line 21 in the "add_to_lib-custom.php" file.
21: var_dump($articles);
You can comment this line out.
