Do not change the $_ST_table_prefix in config.php

I just installed this plugin into GL 1.4.

It works great, except that on the initial install, I changed $ST_table_prefix to "gl_" in config.php. Oops. The install did not work. I ended up having to hack install.php and manually disable the stocks block in the DB in order to uninstall it.

I restored $ST_table_prefix to its default value of "ST_", and the installation went through.

Unfortunately my ISP disables fopen() to remote files, so I had to replace all those calls with cURL.

Also, it appears that the "Get Quotes" option in the block does not work correctly. So I commented out that functionality.
