fix for problem with drop-downs

this hack's been working out great, but one annoying bug is that the
drop-down months selector at the top of the calendar would not
remember which group you were viewing, and would revert back to
"all" when you changed months. I just stripped that out from my
theme ($theme/calendar/calendar.thtml), since there are still other
ways to navigate between months.
