Upgraded to 1.3 NewAdmin doesn\'t work properly?

I can login w/ NewAdmin, but it doesn\'t seem to have administrative access. What can I do to hack this by hand?

There is a story in the Cool Hacks section that covers creating a Geeklog super user. Give that a try.
