I just found geeklog and it looks great. There is a feature in Squishdot, a Zope powered weblog that gives users to option of uploading a file with their contribution. Does this feature exist (or planned for the future).

We have this support designed into 1.4. We have just started work on 1.4...it will be a while before our first alpha release.
