PHP Formatted Code <html lang="XX">please set correct value to XX. tw or cn. our Japanese site is set html lang attribute. PHP Formatted Code <html lang="ja" >ie7,8,9,10 works utf8, too. ie6 does not work, maybe. By using japanize plugin, email works
