 Plugin not enabled after upgrade to version 1.8.1 |

Applied the 1.8.1 upgrade to my 1.8.0 development site. After the upgrade my MonthlyPhoto plugin did not enable. I believe I missed something when writing the plugin that was specific to upgrades.
