I want to test a image add front page, trough the browser1 find the picture, after click the "Save" button, top of the browser shown "welcome-1.jpg" after, click "Save" again, nothing. (Shown a message: succesfully saved image" but nothing on page.

Put the special tag [image1] somewhere in the story text where you want the image to be displayed.

The upload function has some quirks, e.g. it may not work if you just attached the image and click "preview". So make sure you save the story first. After that, it should work.
