 New 1.5 install on Windows Blank Page |

I'm very anxious to get 1.5 running on my Windows 2003 server. I get to the install page, "New Installation" or "Upgrade". I select the New Installation, then get to the next page "Required Config Information". I put in my information, click "install" and I get a blank page. Not really sure where to begin troubleshooting, I guess cause the other "php" files came up, I've verified MySQL userid and password so I'm not sure how to troubleshoort this newer version?
