POPUP image now working

This works
Incase anyone would like to have a popup image...
Produces popup image on hover over site header image...

a few problems still mostly related to the popup not being the top layer, any help on the layering apreciated at the moment the image goes underneath my CSS menu's and underneath images in the image gallery...

Ok I have a problem the popup does not work on IE 6 on a PC HMMM.... any idea's anyone ?
