I've realized that the Older Stories block on my site prints the story title, then the number of comments people have made...I want to to see the number of times a story's been viewed.
Which script outputs that, and does anyone know the name of the variable that is the number-of-views for a story? That second question is just a bonus...what I really need is to find the script name & the section in the script that does "older stories". Thanks for any help! Tom www.southparkcity.com |

The Older Stories block is stored in the database and only refreshed when a new story is submitted. That makes it harder to provide the current number of views for a story ...
The function that does the update of the block is COM_olderStuff in lib-common.php. bye, Dirk |
