Any Help Would Be Appreciated
I've just downloaded geeklog...within the folder is a folder called "public_html" i uploaded everything in that folder to my public_html directory...but now...where do i put the rest of the folders? where does all of these go? /backups, /logs, /language, /plugins, /sql, /systems, and config.php, emailgeeklogstories, install, readme Thanks, EnigmaZ |

The default setup is to have the same path layout on your server as you'll find in the tarball. So put "system", etc. outside of public_html, on the same directory level.
Or you could put them all in a directory, say, "geeklog" (again, outside of your public_html). Both setups will work - it's just a matter of personal preferences. And you need to be careful to set your paths correctly, especially in the second case. There's a long section in the installation instructions trying to explain all that.
