Hi, I was recently trying to add links to the header in the 'clean template'. I had no problem adding the links (after {menu_elements}{plg_menu_elements}) but when I add a link, it doesnt use the same stylesheet that the other links use... so it doesnt match them. If you need me to explain it again, please let me know!

You will need to copy the HTML from the menuitem.thtml file. That's what Geeklog uses to display a single entry within the menu bars.
