Has anyone eliminated the read more and converted the title to a url. So instead of using the read more link, a person can just click on the title of the article. Also, is this the best place to pose questions like these? I'd like to follow geeklog protocol...

That should be easy to do. Look for the {readmore_link} variable in the storybodytext.thtml and storytext.thtml files and remove it. Then, look for {story_title} and enclose it in a link like this:
<a href="{site_url}/article.php?story={story_id}">{story_title}</a> The location of the {story_title} and {readmore_link} variables may be different for different themes. Also don't forget to make the same change to the featuredstorytext.thtml and featuredstorybodytext.thtml files. bye, Dirk |
