Also, is there anyway they can have their own personal "Your Account" section like on PHPNuke? Where they can customize things, and change their icon that they choose and stuff? Thanks.

What d'you mean exactly? Upon setting an account when they login in place of the login block users have numerous options to configure the display as they like it - is that what you mean?
