How to set a static page as a default welcoming page? |

Now new stories are displayed when someone login...but is there any way to replace this with a static page?

You could do that with some .htaccess magic as outlined here. bye, Dirk |

it doesn't work
i have ensured the server search index.html before index.php and .htaccess is read too since when i place <limit> tag it works too but after placing the line Redirect index.html http://my.site/geeklog/public_html/staticpages/index.php?page=20020808095010920 users still seeing new stories after logging in the site instead of showing up the static page. |
