Data Base was updated, Now I crushed it trying ...

I was trying to solve a simple issue of
no changes being effected. I decided to
upgrade and if it did not solve my
problem, initiate a new complete
install. I don't know what I actually

I ran the upgrade and received the
"success " message, but have had nothing
but errors since. After reading other
people's experiences and noticing a
theme of some file being missed or not
updating I re-uploaded everything, but
