Chinese language files for geeklog-1.4.1

The original Chinese language files in geeklog-1.4.1 are not so authentic. I have manually made the main language files and some language files for plugins, according to English and Japanese versions.
The package includes:
"chinese_simplified_utf-8.php" and "chinese_traditional_utf-8.php" in the following directories:
* language/
* plugins/calendar/language/
* plugins/polls/language/
* plugins/staticpages/language/
* plugins/filemgmt/language/
* plugins/links/language/
