I get a

any idea why?

I solved it... when you untar this pack directly under linux, you might get wrong filepermissions on each file. Do a CHMOD.

that's my bad, sorry. i used windows to test the theme so the dirs wouldn't have proper perms set. I was on my linux box when i zipped it up.
