providing a path from Inmemoriam Media Gallery to your gallery is probably not the most polite thing I've seen lately.

I'm sorry you feel that way, it certainly wasn't done to be impolite, instead it was done for the same reason I wrote the Gallery, 4Images and Coppermine imports, to give folks a method to evaluate Media Gallery without having to reload everything from scratch and also from user requests. It is even documented that way in the documentation. The imports do not modify the source galleries in any way, so there is no requirement that they keep using Media Gallery, just a method to evaluate. It will be up to the user to decide what meets their needs. I would expect other gallery systems to provide imports from Media Gallery as well, I will even help in the development of them if asked. If someone finds a tool that meets their needs better than Media Gallery, far be it from me to hinder them using that tool, instead I would be willing to help them utilize it.

Wow, this is a great plugin! - I've been messing with a few other geeklog integrated galleries for awhile now and this was by far the easist to install and get configured. Props to the author!

Documentation is great, even warning of features / configurations that some users may not like and suggesting other galleries instead (images outside the document root for example).

I going to start swtiching all my galleries to this! Keep up the good work!

Tabish

Make sure you are logged in as a site administrator and you should see the Media Gallery link under 'Admins Only' section. If you still don't see it, make sure that the user you are logging in as has the 'mediagallery.admin' right.

If you are still having problems, please start a new post in the Plugin Help forum, works much better than using comments.

Thanks!
