New Axonz Theme in Beta!

GeeklogHey all, just wanted to give the GL community a heads-up, on a new theme brewin' over at axonz.com!

You can see how it's coming along at: www.axonz.com

Please feel free to comment on any layout bugs/browser issues or the color ;) - it's still in progress so there are bugs, I'm sure. A release will most likely come in a few days.

FYI - Prepare your retinas... hehe

So far, it is quite difficult to read, basically with that green color.

I love it too. Curious though, ever thought of going for XHTML 1.0 (Transitional) given the changes to some tags in the GL core may be out of wack (br, img) ??

interesting... i was thinking abut doing this when i whent all CSS for the
Axonz-Red theme... but like you said there are still some hard-coded
tags in GL that don't play nice....

i think this is definitely a future plan for my themes though.

Well, it's all fine and dandy with those absolute font sizes until your visitors get older (and still use IE) and start to have trouble reading all that fine print.

Folks, please: set up themes so the font size can be changed by the visitor. Also make it so that the default is a usable font size in both IE and Mozilla.

How's that for a challenge?

Hi
Good theme...but why don't the page update the links to the plugins I have installed. I installed the filemanagemt plugin all went well but the link on the top of the page is not there. It is there when I use a diffent theme. Please help someone.

You need to edit header.thtml. The top menu is not generated automatically and not even present in every theme. This is one thing that needs manual editing.
