The list of changes states that only the English, German, Italien, Polish, and Japanese language files are up to date and there's a README in the language/incomplete directory stating that all the files in there are not up to date and that you may run into problems when you use them. Yes, please send your updated file in so that we can add it to future distributions. This also applies to all the other people out there working on translations. I've seen Geeklog sites in Swedish, Spanish, and a couple of other languages, but none of those files have been sent in. Translators are encouraged to join the geeklog- translations mailing list. The list is very low traffic but we will post any changes to the language files there so that you can keep your own translation up to date easily. bye, Dirk Dutch Language file
