This is a general call to all folks who are using GL. How do we make GL more professional? Now, let me define this a little ... I'm taking about polish, making GL into an easier beast to use everyday - rather than installation or configuration issues. What do you think GL needs to make it more streamlined, optioned, and simplier from a user AND admin point of view. Does it function well for those non-technical folks that are using it? How can be make it better?
